BAP: Core Competencies (CE)
In partnership with Hillary Bolton, founder of MI Center of Change, BAP: Core Comptencies of the BAP online training program focuses on the eight core competencies of Brief Action Planning (BAP), a practical motivational and self-management technique for everyday practice. This course consists of approximately eight hours of multi-modal learning: online self-directed reading; three high definition annotated video demonstration of skills; three online interactive quizzes with feedback for incorrect answers; and three real-world field exercises to practice and consolidate skills.
