Welcome to the virtual and self-directed, BAP Course, BAP-MI: A Stepped Care Approach to Health Behavior Change. Originally developed as a course for the American Psychiatric Association, this is an advanced course, designed for learners who already have some familiarity with concepts and skills of health behavior change, specifically, "Brief Action Planning" (BAP).
